I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m Megan, a Registered Dietitian since 2015 (thanks to Purdue University!) and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist since 2021. By day, I work as an outpatient dietitian in Indiana, helping people create personalized, realistic goals to support their health. In 2020, I took the leap and started my own private nutrition coaching business to provide even more individualized support.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me juggling a good non-fiction read with a romance novel, experimenting with new recipes, or enjoying the outdoors with my daughter. We love exploring new parks and taking our Goldendoodle, Wyatt, on long walks (the cat, Noah, prefers to stay home—trust me, it’s better that way!).
My approach to nutrition is simple: food should bring you joy and energy, not stress or guilt. I believe in a non-diet approach that focuses on creating sustainable, feel-good habits that fit your life. Working with me feels like chatting with a supportive friend—one who’s here to provide science-backed advice, cheer you on, and help you discover what works best for you. Whether you’re looking to improve your health, feel more confident in your food choices, or just find a little balance, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
