Blueberry Overnight Oats

 2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
 5 tbsp Hemp Seeds
 5 tbsp Chia Seeds
 5 tbsp Flax Seeds, Ground
 22 g Collagen Powder (Optional)
 1 tbsp Cinnamon
 5 cups Frozen or Fresh Blueberries (I always use frozen, no need to thaw)
 5 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk, or Milk of your choosing

Combine first six ingredients in a large, tightly sealed container. Shake container to combine.

The night before you eat your oats, scoop out approximately ½ cup of oat mixture and top with 1 cup frozen blueberries, and 1 cup milk. Stir and place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.

The next morning when you’re ready for breakfast, stir your oats and eat cold or microwave for 2-3 minutes.
